MyThaiLab ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website and app at mythailab.com. We provide interactive Thai language learning content. You can contact us at hello@mythailab.com.

We collect the following information when you use MyThaiLab:

  • Account information: your name and email address when you register or sign in with Google.
  • Learning progress: which lessons and sections you have completed.
  • Purchase information: records of lab purchases processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Usage data: general interaction data to help us improve the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To track your learning progress and unlock purchased content.
  • To send transactional emails (e.g. purchase receipts, password resets).
  • To improve our content and app experience.

4. Google OAuth

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We use this information only to create and identify your account. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google service.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Stripe — to process payments securely.
  • Base44 — our platform provider that hosts the app and database.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@mythailab.com.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies strictly necessary to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

MyThaiLab is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
